Responsibilities

• Participate actively in classroom sessions and practical onthejob training, aligning tasks with the requirements of the learnership program
• Develop a deep understanding of the companys products, policies, and procedures, crucial for successful onthejob training activities
• Compile a comprehensive portfolio of evidence, meticulously prepared for submission to SETA
• Maintain detailed logbooks for workbased learning, ensuring a thorough record of practical experiences
• Successfully complete formative and summative assessments, achieving the required proficiency level
• Demonstrate adeptness in utilising company systems and grasping operational processes, ensuring efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric (Essential)
• Diploma/Degree in any course would be advantageous Must reside around Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
• Preference will be given to African Males, Persons with Disabilites and African Females
• Must be between the ages of 18 - 30 years
